The Classic Center Arena, a groundbreaking 170,000 SF project that commenced in 2022, is set to be a versatile public assembly facility and arena space. With a seating capacity of 5,500 for sports events, this arena can easily expand to host up to 6,500 attendees for public assemblies and concerts.

The Arena is designed with an elevated connecting plaza to Foundry Street, seamlessly blending with the urban landscape. It incorporates all essential amenities, including suites, a commissary, retractable seating, locker rooms, and storage spaces.

Farnsworth Group is providing MEP and building envelope LEED commissioning services for this remarkable project, ensuring it meets the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability.
