The Estates at Acqualina introduced an unparalleled luxury residential experience to Sunny Isles Beach. Situated on the pristine sands of Sunny Isles Beach, The Estates at Acqualina comprises two 50-story luxury condo towers. This type of high-rise construction showcases Farnsworth Group’s understanding of working on vertical construction with limited space for mechanical rooms and the need to maintain adequate service clearances around equipment when little ceiling or floor space is available. Issues identified early on in the project included the incorrect use of three-way valves in the chilled water system. Services provided by Farnsworth Group included the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
