Rehabilitation Therapy Addition for Senior Care
Farnsworth Group collaborated with Springfield Clinic and The Villas of Sherman on a new rehabilitation therapy wing.
The design and construction team developed the project providing the maximum program space and amenities while maintaining the overall budget.
Two separate physical therapy spaces were developed in the facility: one for use by the Villas’ residents, and the other for Springfield Clinic serving the surrounding community.

- 10 Bedrooms with Private Baths
- Nurse Station and Support
- Dayroom / Dining
- Private Therapy Rooms
- Physical Therapy Gymnasium
- ADL Therapy
- Exam Room
