Bob Kohlhase is like a community's swiss army knife.

He can wear many different hats when it comes to a municipality's public works issues: groundwater, surface water, permitting, utilities, water, wastewater, environmental, funding, development, landfills. And that's just to name a few.

Bob helps communities with all aspects related to infrastructure and planning for its growth and needs.  He specializes in the areas of water resources and environmental concerns.  He has worked with communities, industries, and individuals throughout Illinois in de­velopment of water resources and also actively monitors environmental regulations that affect many of the clients.
