Farnsworth Group is providing commissioning services for development, design, and construction of a state-of-the-art 144,000 SF Veterans Affairs healthcare facility. This new clinic provides essential space for mental health and residential health services, prioritizing a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment. Conveniently located near I-75 and accessible from Hwy 301 on a sprawling 20-acre site, the facility features outdoor elements, including gardens, courtyards, and walking paths, enhancing the overall experience for patients, guests, and employees. Our commissioning professionals are reviewing the design and ensured the quality installation of critical building systems, including the building enclosure, HVAC, controls, plumbing, and emergency power systems.
